      Payment processing is handled exclusively by PayPal. Through the PayPal system we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and e-Check. If you don't already have a FREE PayPal personal account we suggest you sign up first. Taking this step now will avoid possible delays in payment processing.
      Notice that while our Shopping Cart page is not secure, every page you access on PalPal's Web site is secure (note the padlock). That's because our page does not gather any sensitive information, PayPay does. We don't even ask your name!

      Method:
      We routinely ship USPS Priority Mail (US only), allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Keep in mind in these uncertain times that mail delivery, even Priority Mail, can be unpredictable. If for any reason that we become aware of an order will be delayed we will get in touch with you.
      Other shipping methods are available at additional cost. For a shipping quote contact customer service with the details (number of medallions needed, shipping method desired) and we'll get back to you. In the event we need more information please include your phone number with area code and the best time to call you.
      Cost:
      We ship orders less than $50.00 to any address in the US for $5.75. Orders of fifty dollars or more excluding taxes are shipped FREE (US only). For price information on international shipping contact customer service.

      Texas residents please note: STATE LAW REQUIRES that sales tax be applied to your purchase and the shipping charge, if applicable.

Group Discount:
      Orders of $100.00 or more excluding taxes, if applicable, receive a 10% discount. Will also receive Free Shipping.
      Special Note: PayPal does not calculate our Group Discount. As a result it will not be reflected in your total at checkout. If your order qualifies for a discount we will e-mail the payment direct to your PayPal account. Or if you prefer the discount can be applied toward a future purchase, just let us know. The credit voucher will be included with the receipt sent in your package.

Returns, Insurance:
      Returns:
      Important: You should check an order for accuracy as soon as received. Errors in order fulfillment must be reported within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date. With above exception, if dissatisfied with an order for any reason you may return it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date and with prior approval. Approval is obtained by contacting us by phone or e-mail. The following provisions apply to Returns:
      1) A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise plus the cost of shipping and handling on orders that were shipped free, plus the amount of discount, if applicable.
      2) Refunds will be paid only after merchandise has been received by Medallions Unlimited and found to be in good condition.
      Insurance, Orders Lost in Transit:
      For a nominal fee we will insure any package we ship, otherwise our responsibility for the merchandise ends when we place it in the hands of the shipper.
      Insurance is very reasonable. If the merchandise is valued between $.01 - $50.00, insurance is $1.50, $50.00 - $100.00, $2.50, and for each additional $100.00 of value insurance increases by $1.00. Note: Rates quoted are for Priority Mail. Insurance rates on other shipping methods may vary.
      Even if you don't insure your package we will be happy to assist in any way possible in the recovery of a loss. It is worth noting that in the four+ years we have been in business only two packages have failed to reach their destination safely.
      Your final checkout form will have a "Notes" section that you can use to request insurance. Since PayPal isn't set up to calculate the cost we will bill your account separately. Note that you must okay payment before your order will be shipped.
