One way we do that is with a minimum purchase requirement of twenty-five (25) dollars. Orders less than the minimum will be billed a three (3) dollar processing fee. Note: Applies to credit card orders ONLY.      Fax - Complete your order normally selecting payment methond "Fax Order To Us", then print the form, fill in your credit card information and fax (or mail) it to us. See fax number below.      Check or Money Order - a) The same as Fax except cross out the credit card information section and mail with payment, or b) Print our Price List/Order Form, complete it and mail with payment. If you use the first method, on the order form under "Comments or Special Instructions" type "will send check/money order". Note that for check payment your order will not ship until check has cleared our bank, normally 5 - 7 business days.      Purchase Order - Established accounts only. To set up an account contact our business office. When you check out enter your name or company name and the PO number.      Call Me (US ONLY) - Choose this option if you prefer giving out credit card information by telephone. You must provide a phone number and under "Comments or Special Instructions" tell us the best time to call you. Keep in mind that we are on Central Standard Time. Note that your order will not ship until we have obtained payment information. SHIPPING:      Method::      We routinely ship USPS Priority Mail (US only). Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. If for any reason an order is delayed we will get in touch with you. In case we need more information please include your phone number and the best time to call you.     Cost:     Orders less than $50.00 shipped to any address in US: $5.75. Orders of fifty dollars or more are shipped FREE (US only). For pricing on international shipping contact customer service.     Texas residents please note: STATE LAW REQUIRES that sales tax be applied to your purchase and the shipping charge and/or processing fee, as applicable. GROUP DISCOUNT:     Orders of $100.00 or more excluding taxes, if applicable, receive a 10% discount in addition to Free Shipping.      Special Note: The total shown on your invoice may not be a true total. It will not reflect a discount, if eligible, a processing fee, if applicable, or the cost of insurance, if selected. If applicable the discount, processing fee and insurance are reflected on the receipt sent with your order. You will receive an autoresponder e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Note that credit cards are not billed until order is shipped. RETURNS, INSURANCE:      Important: You should check an order for accuracy as soon as received. Errors in order fulfillment must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date. With above exception, if dissatisfied with an order for any reason you may return it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date and with prior approval. Approval is obtained by contacting us by phone or e-mail. The following provisions apply to Returns:      1) A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise plus the cost of shipping and handling on orders that were shipped free, plus the amount of discount, if applicable.      2) Refunds will be paid only after merchandise has been received by Medallions Unlimited and found to be in good condition.      Insurance, Orders Lost in Transit:             For a nominal fee we will insure any package we ship, otherwise our responsibility for the        merchandise ends when we place it in the hands of the shipper.             Insurance is very reasonable. If the merchandise is valued between $.01 - $50.00, insurance        is $1.50, $50.00 - $100.00, $2.50, and for each additional $100.00 of value insurance        increases by $1.00. Note: Rates quoted are for Priority Mail. Insurance rates on other shipping        methods may vary.             Even if you don't insure your package we will be happy to assist in any way possible in the        recovery of a loss.
