 Answers:
     1) What forms of payment do you accept? Can I use my credit card?
         WE are pleased to accept MasterCard and Visa on any purchase, online or off. We accept checks, money orders (no cash through the mail, please), and for approved accounts we accept purchase orders. Sorry, no CODs.       2) How safe is my credit card information?
          Our Shopping Cart employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, the gold standard for Web sites engaging in e-commerce. In addition, after a deductible most major credit card companies insure their cardholders against fraud. Deductible amounts may vary, check with your card issuer.
          While admittedly nothing on the internet is bullet proof with our secure order form your credit card information is as safe as it can get. Choose the option, "Submit via a Secured Order Form". I might add that we have been doing business online for more than four years and to date haven't "lost" a credit card number to theft or fraud.

      3) I'm still uneasy about giving out my credit card information over the internet. Is there another way I can use my card to buy your products?
          At our Online Store you can choose to pay by fax or check. Simply choose "Fax order to us" as the payment method. Complete your order normally except for providing payment information, print it, fill in the pertinent information, then send it by fax if payment is by credit card or mail it with check enclosed.
          If you go this route, as a time saver we suggest choosing the option, "Submit via a non-SSL Order Form", since non-secure Web pages generally load faster. Note that for the check option orders will not be shipped until check has cleared our bank, normally 10 - 12 days.
          Alternatively you can print a copy of our Price List with an Order Form, then send it by mail or fax. The Order Form has our contact information or you can get it here. In addition our "snail mail" address can be found at the bottom of every page on our site. Or phone us an order.       4) What about shipping? How do you ship, what does it cost?
          We routinely ship USPS Priority Mail to any address in the US for $5.75. Other shipping methods as well as international shipping are available at additional cost. For a shipping estimate contact Customer Service by e-mail or telephone toll free 1 877 797-8526.
          Note: Orders of $50.00 or more are shipped FREE (minimum purchase required, see Product Info for details).

      5) How long will it take to receive my order?
           We are closed weekends and holidays so allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that in these uncertain times mail delivery, even Priority Mail, can be unpredictable.

      6) About your group discount...How does that work?
          If your medallions purchase is $100.00 or more, before taxes and/or shipping charges are applied, if applicable, you receive a 10% discount. See Product Info for complete details.

      7) Can I receive free shipping and a discount?
          YES, you can have it ALL. Free shipping and the group discount are cumulative.

      8) You mention a "minimum purchase requirement". How much is that?
          To begin with a "minimum purchase" is defined as the amount of the purchase before other charges are applied, such as taxes and/or shipping, if applicable.
          The minimum purchase requirement for free shipping is fifty (50) dollars. To receive a discount, one hundred (100) dollars (note: automatically receives free shipping). In addition there is a twenty-five (25) dollar minimum purchase for credit card orders (processing fee applies to smaller orders, see Credit Card Policy page or Product Info).
          Example (using free shipping): The medallions you purchase total $49.00, plus sales tax of $3.86 (tax applies to Texas residents only). The "perceived" total for the order would be $52.86. This order, however, would not qualify for free shipping. The actual total of medallions purchased must be $50.00 or more.

      9) Do you sell medallions for other 12-step programs, like Narcotics Anonymous? What about custom made or "special order" medallions?
          Not at this time. We are all fortunate that there are a lot of good 12-step programs out there. Unfortunately we don't have room for the inventory required to supply them all. Nor do we currently have access to a supplier for custom made medallions.
